Allele Type: Targeted (Dominant negative) Mutations: Insertion, Nucleotide substitutions Mutation details: The coding exon and 5'UTR were replaced with sequence with a C to T mutation in the 5' UTR and a D18N mutation in the exon and a floxed neo cassette was inserted in the 3' region via homologous recombination. Cre mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. (J:220965)
