Mutation details: The mice promoters contained within a 24 kb intergenic region drive prostate luminal cell-specific expression of the EGFP reporter gene and tamoxifen-inducible cre recombinase gene (cre/ERT), respectively. The cre fusion is followed by a polyadenylation sequence and 2 copies of the chicken beta globin 5' HS4 insulator sequence. 24 kb of the intergenic region that separates the promoters.
