• Mutation details: The cDNA encoding human KCNIP3 (DREAM) with two aminoacid substitutions at EFhands 2, 3 and 4 (EFmDREAM) was inserted downstream of the bovine Thyroglobulin promoter to direct expression in the thyroid gland.
