Mutation details: This transgene expresses a dominant negative mutated form of Ppp3ca under the control of the Lck proximal promoter. Sequence encoding five amino acid residues in the phosphatase active site (148-52) was deleted. Three transgenic lines were established. Line 28 expresses 50 copies of the transgene.
