Allele Type: Targeted (Null/knockout) Mutations: Insertion, Intragenic deletion Mutation details: A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 1. A floxed neomycin resistance cassette was inserted downstream of exon 1. Cre-mediated recombination removed exon 1 and the selection cassette. RT-PCR confirmed the absence of transcript expression in embryos. (J:215128)
