Mutation detailsA floxed neomycin resistance cassette was inserted upstream of exon 4. An additional loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 5. Cre-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette, exon 4 and exon 5. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression in the cerebellum. (J:208753)
