Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Null/knockout)
Mutation:    Insertion     Vector: PGK_EM7_PuDtk_bGHpA

Mutation detailsThe insertion of the PGK_EM7_PuDtk_bGHpA cassette created a deletion of size 237 starting at position 148407458 and ending at position 148407221 of Chromosome 7 (Genome Build 37). This deletion eliminates the DNA sequence for this microRNA. The cassette is composed of a loxP site followed by an F3 site followed by a PGK-puromycin-delta-tk cassette, a loxP site and finally an FRT site. Cre-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. (J:205868)
