Mutation details: Expression of cre recombinase is driven r7-posterior rhombomere-specific Hoxb4 enhancer and the human beta-globin minimal promoter. 15 founders were obtained, with 3 positive for cre. 1/3 showed the expected recombination pattern for the r7-posterior enhancer in PO brains.
