Mutation details: A construct was generated that consisted of the Hoxa4 enhancer/promoter (including exon 1 and part of exon 2) with cre recombinase sequence fused in-frame with Hoxa4 at exon2, and a polyadenylation signal. The transgene was injected into pronuclei to generate two transgenic lines. Both lines were maintained and line 2 was analyzed in detail.
