Inducer:    tamoxifen
Mutations:    Insertion, Intragenic deletion

Fgf10tm1.1(cre/ERT2)Sbel expression driven by 1 gene

Mutation detailsA targeting construct containing a cassette with the cre/ERT2 sequence followed by an IRES-YFP-polyA-neo fragment was injected into TVB2 ES cells. Homologous recombination intoduced the construct in frame with the ATG start codon of the Fgf10 exon 1. Chimeric animals were crossed to Flp-expressing mice to delete the neo selection cassette. It is a loss-of-function allele for Fgf10. (J:187831)
