Mutation details: Exon 20 was floxed. An addtional modified exon 20 was inserted downstream of the endogenous exon. The modified exon 20 contains nucleotide substitutions (CAT to AGG) that result in the amino acid substitution of arginine for histidine at position 1047 (H1047R). Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT-flanked neo cassette.
