Allele Type: Targeted (Conditional ready, No functional change) Mutation: Insertion Mutation details: A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 10. An FRT-flanked neo cassette with a 3' loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 10. An additional loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 12. Flp-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette leaving exons 10 and 11 floxed. (J:181493)
