• Mutation details: A 1.3 kb fragment encoding the entire human TCL1A coding region and both 5' and 3' UTR was placed under the transcriptional control of the mouse Igh-V186.2 promoter and the Igh-mu enhancer sequence. 3'UTR and polyA sequences were derived from the human Beta-globin gene. The Emu enhancer drives B cell-specific expression. Two lines were generated (lines 1 and 4). (J:160184)
