Allele Type: Targeted (Null/knockout) Mutations: Insertion, Intragenic deletion Mutation details: Two loxP sites were inserted to flank exon 3 of the gene, followed by an SA-IRES-lacZ-neo-SVpA cassette and a third loxP site after the cassette in intron 3. The flanked exon 3 and SA-IRES-lacZ-neo-SVpA cassette were deleted by Cre mediated recombination. (J:158671)
