Mutation details: This transgene results from the coinjection of two constructs derived from a C57BL/6 hybridoma cell line responsive to BALB/c splenocytes. The Tcra construct under the control of the human CD2 promoter contains a cDNA including V alpha 8.5 sequence and the Tcrb construct under the control of the mouse Cd4 promoter (without the intronic silencer) contains a cDNA including V beta 13 sequence.
