Allele Type: Targeted (Inducible) Inducer: tamoxifen Mutations: Insertion, Nucleotide substitutions Mutation details: The tamoxifen-responsive region from the mouse Esr1 gene with the G525R mutation was inserted at a modified STOP codon in Tcf3^tm5Zhu replacing the GFP coding region. A neo cassette was also inserted for selection purposes. Both the E12 and E47 forms contain the modification resulting in tamoxifen-inducible function. (J:154788)
