• Mutation details: A reporter cassette consisting of eGFP gene linked to a viral IRES2 sequence was positioned right after the stop codon located in exon 5 of the gene. A neomycin resistance gene was included after the EGFP stop codon. The entire coding region of the gene remained intact in the targeting construct. Expression of the targeted gene generated a bicistronic transcript encoding both CD83 and eGFP. (J:138988)
