• Mutation details: A human DUSP5 cDNA with a C-terminal c-Myc epitope tag was cloned between the H2-K^b promoter and beta-blobin exons 2 and 3, a polyadenylation signal and an immunoglobin heavy chain enhancer. Protein expression was confirmed by western blotting. Two founder lines were produced. Data from only one representative line was reported. (J:138077)
