Mutation details: The transgene consists of a 250 Kb BAC 284H12, that contains mouse Eno2 driving neural-specific expression of an IRES-EGFP-cre cassette, which was inserted into the last exon of the locus. No EGFP expression was detected. Cre activity was detected in most neurons but not in glial cells. The line maintained contained 2 copies of the transgene.
