Name: toll-like receptor 7; resiquimod unresponsive 1
MGI ID: MGI:3767244
Gene: Tlr7  Location: ChrX:166087925-166113554 bp, - strand  Genetic Position: ChrX, 78.31 cM, cytoband F5
Alliance: Tlr7rsq1 page
Strain of Origin:  C57BL/6J
Allele Type:    Chemically induced (ENU)
Mutation:    Single point mutation
Mutation detailsThe rsq1 phenotype was identified in an ENU mutagenesis screen for mutants with impaired response to Toll-like receptor (TLR) ligands. The mutation is a C-to-T transition at nucleotide position 391 of the gene (Genbank Accession NM_133211) resulting in replacement of threonine by isoleucine at amino acid position 68, in the first leucine-rich repeat (LRR) of the receptor.
