• Mutation details: This transgene expresses the human TSHR alpha-subunit cDNA (amino acid residues 1-289) with a 6-histidine tag under the control of the bovine thyroglobulin promoter. Human TSHR alpha-subunit expression, analyzed by RT-PCR, is detected in thyroid tissue from transgenic mice. Lines 50.6 and 60.6 were also generated. (J:118100)
