Notes

Analysis was performed in cells from chimeric mice only, not in mice with germline mutations. Cells expressing NKR-P1 (Klrb1c) were eliminated, and natural killer cell function in ES-cell derived lymphoid cells was abolished. Development of B and T cells was not affected by this mutation.
