Notes

In line #6 the transgene is associated with lung tumors (77% frequency in FVB) and, infrequently (3.8%), stomach tumors. Six founders were generated (#1- #6). Line #1 was lost; founder #5 did not transmit the transgene to progeny. No tumors were detected in mice from the lines #2, 3, and 4.
