• Mutation details: The human two immunoglobulin-loop isoform of FGFR1 bearing the K656E mutation and an artificial FLAG epitope was inserted downstream of the ARR2PB composite promoter that consists of a minimal probasin promoter that was modified to contain two androgen response elements.
