Notes
Interaction between Lmr5 BALB/cHeA alleles and STS/A or BALB/cHeA homozygosity at Lmr14 increases IgE levels.

Lmr14 exhibits additive inheritance.

Lmr5 interacts with Lmr14 on chromosome 2. Animals homozygous for STS/A-derived alleles at both Lmr5 and Lmr14 exhibit the highest levels of serum IL-12.

Homozygosity for STS/A alleles at Lmr13 and Lmr14 confers decreased serum TNF-alpha. Each locus alone has minimal effect.
