• Mutation details: The transgene consists of a mouse Edn1 promoter, active in the vascular wall, and a bovine NOS3 cDNA. RNase protection assay detected transgene expression in heart, lung, aorta, and uterus. Low levels of transgene expression was also observed in brain, liver, kidney, and intestine. (J:81132)
