N-terminal LXXLL motif is mutated to LXXAA to abolish receptor interactions |
| |
Mutation details: This transgene consists of a hemagglutinin (HA)-tagged fragment of Ncoa6 encoding amino acids 849-929, in which the N-terminal LXXLL motif is mutated to LXXAA, under the control of the chicken beta-actin promoter linked to a human cytomegalovirus immediate-early enhancer (CAG). This mutation abolishes receptor interactions. Four lines were generated, however the pound symbol (#) is used when line is not specified and/or lines are pooled.
