Notes

Transgenic mice examined at about 6 weeks of age showed a very high frequency of choroid plexus tumors. These tumors progressed more rapidly than similar tumors seen in transgenic mice carrying the T121 deleted form of the T antigen (Tg(LPV-TAg121)2Tvd).
