• Mutation details: A transgenic construct containing a CMV promoter, rat Nell1 cDNA, and an SV40 polyadenylation signal was randomly integrated into the murine genome. Southern blot analysis revealed 50 to 100 insertions of the construct in the founder line and expression was confirmed by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical analysis. (J:79106)
