Mutation details: This allele is a derivative of Cdh5tm1Pec in which the neomycin selection cassette was removed in mice by crossing with mice expressing Cre under the control of a ubiquitous promoter. Western blot analysis on endothelial cells derived from homozygous mice confirmed that a truncated protein is expressed from this allele.
