Notes

Allele Notes: Thirteen founder mice were obtained using this transgene construct, but only line 6 was fertile and used in most experiments. Founders 1-5 displayed a severe phenotype that included cranifacial abnormalies and died perinatally. Founders 6-11 had a more moderate phenotype and are described in the paper. Founders 12 and 13 did not express the transgene.
