Notes

Myo5a^d-l28J, dilute lethal 28J. The Myo5^d-l28J remutation arose spontaneously in the B6D2F1/J hybrid strain at the Jackson Laboratory. Affected mice were identified by lighter coats and by seizure activity at approximately 3 weeks of age. When mice heterozygous for the new mutation were mated with mice heterozygous for dilute lethal, mice with seizures were seen (J:51014) (J:51188).
