TS21: ovary Present Regionally restricted 4A iii , 4A i , 4A left , 4A ii (i) GATA4-positive/LGR5GFP-positive/Cdkn1b-negative cells (green cells marked by >), (ii) GATA4-positive/LGR5GFP-positive/Cdkn1b-positive cells (yellow cells marked by arrows) and (iii) GATA4-positive/LRG5GFP-negative/Cdkn1b-positive cells (red cells). Triple positive cells appeared to be populating the medulla of the ovary.

TS24: ovary Present Regionally restricted 4B left , 4B ii , 4B i , 4B iii Although some GATA4-positive/p27-positive/Lgr5-GFP-positive cells were also detected in E16.5 ovaries, there was a distinct demarcation between GATA4-positive/p27-negative/Lgr5-GFP-positive cells located in the cortex and the GATA4-positive/p27-positive/Lgr5-GFP-negative cells located in the medulla.
