TS26: brainstem nucleus Weak Diffuse 4A Jmjd3-/- Merge , 4A Jmjd3-/- NK1R Immunopositive neurons were present in the mutant, but they were significantly fewer than in the wild type, with a much weaker density and a diffuse, unstructured distribution of signal. This was particularly prominent for the double labeled neurons.
