TS20: neocortex Present Regionally restricted S2C mut In the E12 mutant pallium, the vast majority (93.4%) of the cleaved Casp3+ cells were pyknotic. Of the nonpyknotic Casp3+ cells, 4.44% were Tubb3-immunopositive, which was not significantly higher than the control.
