Description
Collaborative Cross lines are derived from the strains A/J, C57BL/6J, 129Sv/ImJ, NOD/LtJ, NZO/H1J, CAST/EiJ, PWK/PhJ, and WSB/EiJ. All strains are F20 or greater and the lines were called distributable when obligate parents of the line (not individual animals) had a UNION heterozygosity maximum of 90% typed on MUGA or MegaMUGA.
