Molecular description:

The allele was generated by using a homologous recombination knock-in approach. The GFP-Cre transgene was integrated into the start codon of the Tacr1 gene using two homologous arms targeting the sequences. Cre and GFP fusion protein is expressed under Tacr1 (NK1R) promotor control.
