Molecular description: By homologous recombination, an Internal ribosome entry site (IRES)-CRE-FRT-Neomycin-FRT cassette was inserted just downstream of the Glp1r stop codon. The generated knock-in mice were bred with a flippase (FLP)-deleter strain to remove the neomycin selection cassette.
