Molecular description:

The T-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia 1 promoter/enhancer (located 0.9 kb upstream of exon 1a to exon 3) was used to direct Cre-ERT expression in the hematopoietic, vascular, and nervous systems. Line 145B was also made. Both lines proved to be tamoxifen-inducible.
