Molecular description: This transgene contains the bacteriophage P1 Cre recombinase driven by the neurogenin 3 promoter for spermatogonial expression. Ectopic signal was also observed in round spermatids at seminiferous stage IX. Line 52 was also created and demonstrated the same expression pattern.
