Mice homozygous for a null allele exhibit impaired humoral immune responses, altered proliferative responses of B cells to various stimuli, abnormal vascular wound healing, and deficits in contextual and cued fear conditioning. ENU-induced mutations leadto impaired T cell-independent IgM responses.
