Notes
  • Experiment
A potential candidated gene mapping near the Lmr22 QTL which mapped with D12Mit37 at 1.0 cM on Chromosome 12 of CcS11/Dem in this map study is Adam17, a disintegrin and metallopeptidase domain 17 mapping to 3.0 cM. [Table 9.]

Possibly related QTL controlling other infections and co-localizing with the Lmr22 QTL are:
Cinda2, cytokine induced activation 2 at 1.0 cM; and
    Cd4ts5, CD4 T cell subset 5 at 6.0 cM. [Table 10.]
