  • Experiment
    Crosses involving LG/J (High body weight) and SM/J (Low Body weight) were informative in mapping muscle weight QTL on various mouse Chromosomes. A 1.5 LOD support defined a QTL interval flanked by SNP. The QTL listed here will include the symbol, followed by the chromosome with the physical range based on NCBI build 37.1. The phenotypes and candidate loci associated with these QTL can be found in Table 3 of the reference.
