Notes
  • Experiment
A marker chromosome listed as iso Yp was analyzed by PCR for various Yp markers was ordered as follows: DYBish24 (author uses Y207) - Zfy1 - Ube1y1 - Jarid1d - Tp(Y)1Ct - Zfy2 - Sry. Sxr is marked by Tp(Y)1Ct. The breakpoint for the iso Yp Chromosome is contained within Tp(Y)1Ct of the Yp arm. The authors state further that because of the stability of the iso Yq Chromosome a localization of the Y Chromosome centromere within Sxr is a possibility.
