    Two crosses B6CWD-sg/+ x MOLF/Ei and C57BL/6J-sg/+ x CAST/Ei were used to provide a genetic map of mouse Chromosome 9 including a region encompasming the sg locus: the following order was obtained D9Mit208 - Prkmk1 - D9Mit289 - sg - D9Mit304 - D9Mit339 -D9Mit54 - D9Mit132. A total of 2,497 meioses were informative.
