Notes
  • Reference
The authors use Bmp-2a, Plcb-1 and Nec-2 for Bmp2, Plcb and Pcsk2 respectively. This study identifies two genes, Plcb and Snap, that may be considered candidate genes for Cm.
  • Experiment
Southern blot analysis on C3H/HeJ and Cm/+ crossed with M. spretus interspecific hybrids placed Plcb within the region of the Cm deletion but placed Pcsk2 outside the Cm deletion.
