Experiment

DNA from congenic strain B6.CE-Lyb-2^c:Mup-1^a was Southern analyzed for Ifa using StuI and PstI or StuI and HindIII digests. The blot pattern for Ifa matches that of C57BL/6J indicating that Ifa was not part of the congenic segment transferred from CE/J to C57BL/6J.
