  Fourteen mice of the F2 generation with genotype Matp^uw +/Matp^uw ?, and 3 with genotype + ank/? ank were mated to the appropriate homozygotes to determine their full genotype for Matp^uw and ank. An additional 12 female mice with the genotype Matp^uw +/Matp^uw ? were test mated to known +/ank males. Twelve offspring from each mating were classified. One recombination was detected in the 29 mice tested yeilding a recombination value of 1.75 +/- 1.75%.
