This abstract reports the mapping of Calc and Lhb to chromosome 7 based on cosegregation of chromosome 7 and a 7.8kb HindIII fragment or 1.5 Kb EcoRI fragment in mouse DNA detected by a rat Calca or Lhb cDNA clone, respectively, using a panel of 15 Chinese hamster x mouse somatic cell hybrids.
