    EBS series of mouse x Chinese hamster cell lines designated EBS-1 -2, -3, -4,-5, -9, -10, -11, -15, -17, -18, -51, -63, -71, and -74 were used. Mouse chromosome complement determined by isozyme and karyotype analysis. Smst determined on Southern blots ofEcoRI digested DNA probe with genomic probe pghS7-2.7.
